LEG COMPRESSION THERAPY

Increase circulation. Reduce inflammation.

RECHARGE YOUR LEGS

Leg compression therapy helps increase blood circulation in the upper & lower legs, ankles and feet. It is an effective treatment for pain and swelling.

Increasing blood flow encourages your body to deliver more oxygen and nutrients to the treated areas — speeding up recovery, relieving pain and improving athletic performance.

Also help reduces symptoms of lymphedema.

Each leg compression session is approximately 15-30 minutes.

FAQ

Compression helps blood flow through your legs & your body more efficiently. It will also help reduce inflammation, lower leg fatigue and soreness, and speed up recovery.

Great for anyone who has soreness or inflammation in their legs, knees, ankles, or feet.

Because cellulite is most present in the upper thigh and butt region, leg compression boots won’t necessarily help reduce the appearance of cellulite in those areas.

For those looking to reduce the appearance of cellulite, we recommend our Aesthetic Compression Therapy treatments.

For those looking for permanent cellulite correction, we recommend our ThermaSlim treatment program.

Most will do leg compression therapy for 20-30 minutes two to three times per week.

We offer both 30 and 60-minute session options. Please ask our staff for details.

No special clothing needed for the leg compression therapy.

We’ll ask you to remove your shoes, and we’ll slide the leg sleeves over your pants, leggings, or shorts.

For muscle soreness, we’d recommend our cryotherapy chamber and/or ice bath (cold plunge).

For muscle tightness, we’d recommend either our infrared sauna or red light therapy (our red light panels utilize both red light & near infrared wavelengths).
