Do I have to purchase a package on my first visit?
Nope 🙂
Feel free to come in, ask us questions, experience your first treatment, and then decide if you want to purchase a package.
We can either:
(A) Apply your first visit to your package if bought the same day
or
(B) If you need more time, you can purchase a package during your second visit, and we will apply your first visit toward your package if requested
Packages: If I paid for X number of sessions, can I use it for different areas?
You’ll be happy to know that we do offer Mix & Match packages.

Does CoolCRYO accept or are treatments covered under medical insurance?
At this time, we are not equipped to accept medical insurance.
We do accept “buy now, pay later” payment plan options called Cherry and Care Credit.
