Weight Loss
At CoolCRYO, we understand that weight loss is not one-size-fits-all. Some clients prefer to begin with natural approaches, while others are ready for the added support of medically supervised programs. You can choose the path that fits your personal needs and goals.
• Natural Options: Our Ultimate Protocol Weight Loss Program and our popular GLP-1 Caramels (available for purchase at CoolCRYO) offer effective, non-invasive solutions that support fat reduction, appetite control, and healthier lifestyle habits.
• Medically Supervised Options: For those who need additional support, we now offer a range of physician-guided weight loss solutions, including advanced peptides. These programs are customized for you and delivered through licensed 503A pharmacies.
Not sure where to start? The best next step is to book a free Aesthetics & Weight Loss consult at coolcryo.com/book. Together, we’ll explore your options and create a plan that works for you.
Electrolytes
While drinking water is essential for hydration, adding electrolytes provides a more effective way to maintain fluid balance, especially during treatments, workouts, or sauna sessions. Electrolytes replenish key minerals like sodium, potassium, and magnesium lost through sweat, supporting energy, muscle function, and overall recovery. Incorporating electrolytes into your routine can help you stay properly hydrated and perform at your best.
We recommend the following electrolytes due to their clean ingredients:
LMNT
(Can also be purchased at CoolCRYO)
Red Light
Good for improving skin. Regenerates collagen/elastin over time. Generally use 3-5x/week, approx 10-15 minutes each time.
Quality Brands (Fair Prices)
Flexible Pads
Good for using on different parts of the body during down-time.
A. Thera Tri-Lite $240.00 (recommended)
B. Hooga Pad $99 (less powerful, but still good product)
Handheld Devices
A. Chroma Ironforge – very powerful (see link above to the Chroma website)
B. Compare other handheld red light devices here on Red Light Insiders
Red Light Masks
A. Lumara Visio – most LED coverage (we have this mask)
B. Omnilux
Derma Roller / Derma Stamp Microneedle / Microneedling
This treatment creates controlled micro-injuries in the skin, which stimulate the body’s natural healing response. The process promotes collagen and elastin regeneration, leading to smoother, firmer skin. Treatments are typically performed 1–2 times per month for best results.
Derma Rollers
Have larger surface areas — making it easier to work on larger parts of the body (i.e. arms, belly, decollete, legs).
A. Face & Body Dermaroller (Amazon)
B. Other Microneedling, Dermarollers, & Stamps (Amazon)
Cellulite
Cellulite is incredibly common, and while there’s no complete “cure,” professional treatments like ThermaSlim and Cryo Sculpting can make a dramatic difference in smoothing and tightening the skin. At the same time, certain at-home methods may support circulation, fascia health, and skin quality, making cellulite less noticeable. Results at home are usually more subtle and temporary, but when combined with a healthy lifestyle, they can complement in-clinic treatments for the best overall outcome.
At-Home Options for Cellulite
| Option | How It Helps | Notes/Limitations |
|---|---|---|
| Fascia tools (e.g. Fascia Blaster, wood therapy tools) | Break up fascial adhesions, improve circulation, may smooth skin temporarily | Can cause bruising if overused; results vary and are usually short-term |
| Dry brushing | Increases blood flow, supports lymphatic drainage, exfoliates skin | Temporary effect; helps skin look smoother but does not reduce fat |
| Dermarolling/Dermastamping | Creates micro-injuries that stimulate collagen and elastin production | Results take time; best for skin quality and firmness rather than deep cellulite |
| Topical creams (caffeine, retinol, aminophylline) | Can slightly tighten skin and reduce water retention | Effects fade when you stop use; most work only on the surface |
| Massage (manual or mechanical) | Boosts circulation and lymphatic drainage, reduces fluid buildup | Results are temporary; needs consistent use |
| Hydration & electrolytes | Proper hydration supports skin elasticity and tissue health | Does not directly reduce cellulite but may improve overall skin appearance |
| Strength training & diet | Reduces underlying fat, builds muscle tone, improves skin structure | Best long-term approach; results take commitment |
What Doesn’t Work (Despite Popular Claims)
Not all “cellulite hacks” live up to the hype. Common examples include:
Body wraps – may temporarily tighten skin due to water loss but results vanish quickly.
Expensive detox teas/supplements – no credible evidence that they reduce cellulite.
Ultrasound/“vibration belts” sold online – minimal or no effect on fat or connective tissue.
Random “miracle” creams without proven ingredients – often overpriced moisturizers that do little beyond temporary hydration.
Collagen & Serums
Purpose: Improving skin over time
Collagen:
Oral collagen supplementation has been shown to support skin elasticity and overall tissue health when taken consistently over time. High-quality options include Anthony’s Collagen Peptide Powder and Great Lakes Collagen Peptides.
Topicals:
Topical serums and exosome treatments are highly effective for enhancing skin renewal and repair. These can be used independently or paired with a derma roller or derma stamp to further improve penetration and results.
